Leopard's bane is valued for the yellow daisy like flowers it can produce even in shady areas. It bears clusters of the sunny flowers in spring, and then dies back once heat hits.
Where suited to the climate, it is easy to grow as long as you provide it with the rich, moist but well-drained soil.
